We are excited to announce another wonderful highlight of the 2026 European Wellbeing Initiative (Ewellin): Wellbeing Days at Moeve / Cepsa Truck Village – part of Moeve’s pioneering network of secure, driver-focused rest areas across Spain.

Powered by ESPORG and launched with the support of the European Commission and more than 150 stakeholders, Ewellin is a gentle, people-first movement that places the health, safety, happiness, and resilience of professional drivers at the heart of European transport.

This Year’s Campaign Focus: “Park Safe” – Dedicated to Parking Operators and the “Home Away from Home” Concept

2026 continues as the year of the “Park Safe” awareness campaign, fully dedicated to parking and rest areas. Together with our partners, we warmly promote the “Home Away from Home” vision — transforming parking facilities into welcoming, supportive spaces where drivers can truly rest, recharge body and mind, and feel genuinely cared for on their journeys.

Moeve’s Truck Village network perfectly embodies this dream. These modern, secure facilities are designed with drivers’ real needs in mind, offering safety, comfort, and essential services along major European corridors.

Why Moeve / Cepsa Truck Village? A Network Built for Driver Wellbeing

Moeve (formerly Cepsa) launched the Truck Village concept to provide professional drivers with comprehensive, high-quality stops. Each Truck Village combines secure parking with rest areas, showers, restaurants, convenience services, fueling, and more — all in safe, monitored environments.

The sites follow the highest EU Safe and Secure Truck Parking Area (SSTPA) standards, with 24/7 guarding, access control, CCTV, and perimeter security. Strategic locations include Meco (Madrid, A2), Getafe, Villanueva de Gállego (Zaragoza), Valdepeñas (A4), and others along key routes connecting Spain with the rest of Europe.

These facilities go beyond parking: they create real opportunities for drivers to pause, recover, and feel respected — aligning perfectly with Ewellin’s goals.

This special three-day event is proudly hosted by the dedicated Moeve team, with strong commitment from:
• Cedric Vigneau, Director of Fleets & CRT at Moeve – a passionate advocate for improving drivers’ quality of life through safe, comfortable, and well-equipped spaces.

Together with the local on-site operations teams at the participating Truck Village locations, they work every day to make each stop feel supportive and welcoming.

What to Expect on September 25-27 – Wellbeing Days at Moeve / Cepsa Truck Village

Join us for three uplifting days filled with warmth, practical insights, and human connection. In the spirit of “Drive Safe, Park Safe, Work Safe, Live Well”, we will explore how secure parking areas can become true sanctuaries of rest and how small, caring steps build greater resilience on the road.

Highlights will include:

• Friendly conversations on physical & mental wellbeing, fatigue prevention, and daily self-care for drivers
• Opportunities to experience first-hand the caring atmosphere of Moeve’s Truck Villages
